Effective February 15, 2010 we will no longer accept for returns for orders placed after this date.

If your items were damaged in the original shipment, the wrong items were supplied or if the items are being repaired or exchanged under warranty we will exchange these items at no cost to you.

We endeavor to ship by the fastest and most cost-effective shipping methods to almost anywhere in the world. We have a daily pick-up schedule each business day with FedEx, UPS and US Post and ship many items from the east coast (New Jersey) and the west coast (northern California).

Shipping to anywhere in the lower 48 US states is included for any order over $50. For orders less than $50 we charge $5.

Every "In Stock" item is ready to ship in one business day. If your order is received by 12pm PST / 3pm EST we try hard to ship your order the same day.

We ship by US Post Priority Mail for low weight items within the mainland US and also to APO/FPO addresses, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico (provided the size of the order is within US Post guidelines). The shipping charge is automatically added during checkout.

International orders are shipped by US Post (First Class Mail International, Priority International or Express Mail) or UPS Worldwide Expedited or Express services (for items that are too large for US Post).

Shipping time varies from 1 week to 3 weeks depending on the service level selected. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of item(s) added to your shopping cart and the destination.
